Archita Tewari Launches CareerVarier & Counseling to Support Youth Mental Health and Career Clarity

In an era where young people increasingly struggle with career uncertainty, anxiety, and social pressure, author and researcher Archita Tewari has launched CareerVarier & Counseling, a counseling initiative designed to support individuals in navigating both their emotional well-being and career paths. Founded in 2026 and based in Lucknow, CareerVarier & Counseling focuses on career guidance, mental health awareness, and non-medical therapeutic counseling. The platform aims to create a supportive environment where students and young professionals can gain clarity about their goals while also addressing the psychological challenges that often accompany career decisions.

Tewari, who writes under the pen name Srishti, has built a multifaceted career across literature, research, digital media, and mental health advocacy. Her work consistently explores the intersection of personal growth, emotional resilience, and social realities.

Holding a Diploma in Mental Health and a Certification in Career Counseling, Tewari founded CareerVarier after observing how many students and early-career professionals struggle with overwhelming expectations, lack of guidance, and emotional stress.

“Career decisions are rarely just about choosing a profession,”

Tewari explains. “They are deeply connected with confidence, identity, and mental well-being. Through CareerVarier, I want to create a space where people can reflect on both their emotional health and their future direction.”

The initiative provides structured career counseling, guidance for students and young professionals, and therapeutic conversations focused on stress, anxiety, and self-awareness. Unlike clinical treatment models, CareerVarier emphasizes non-medical counseling approaches, encouraging individuals to develop healthier thinking patterns and practical strategies for personal and professional growth.

Beyond her counseling work, Tewari is also an active literary voice. She is the author of Kalyug Ki Sita, Lovesickness, and Over My Spilled Coffee I spill My Beans works that explore emotional complexity and contemporary social themes. She has also co-authored literary anthologies including Words of Strokes and Beats from Past.

Her creative contributions have earned recognition through awards such as the Pioneering Pen Award and Influential Women’s Writer of 2025.

Tewari also maintains a digital presence where she shares insights on literature and personal growth. She runs the YouTube channel Books of Archita, and she actively engages with audiences through social media platforms connected to CareerVarier & Counseling.

Through these platforms, she hopes to foster open discussions around career exploration, mental health awareness, and self-development-topics that remain critical yet often under-discussed in academic and professional spaces.

Looking ahead, Tewari envisions expanding CareerVarier & Counseling into a broader ecosystem of workshops, youth mental health initiatives, digital counseling resources, and career development programs. Her long-term goal is to help individuals build not only successful careers but also healthier relationships with their ambitions and emotions.

As conversations around mental health continue to gain importance across India, initiatives like CareerVarier & Counseling reflect a growing effort to integrate career guidance with emotional well-being, ensuring that individuals feel supported both professionally and personally.
