According to NCBI report, the annual number of deaths from CVD in India is projected to rise from 2.26 million (1990) to 4.77 million (2020). The number of death due to heart attacks has been increasing since 2014, according to NCRB, deaths due to heart attacks up by 53% in 5 years. And according to the latest World Health Organisation report 7.5% of Indians suffer from major and minor mental disorders, including sadness, anxiety, depression, loss of interest, low self-worth.  So, we have come up with antipsychotics, anxiolytics, anti-depressants, anti-hypertensives, anti-diabetics, and lipid-lowering, and antiplatelet medicines to prevent heart attack, strokes, mental weariness, and kidney problems as well.

From the very beginning got support from the project leader and who is also the QAO of our company Mr. Shamik K Dhar, my elder sister Paramita Basu, and our Chief Advisor Dr. Arindam Pande, who is a senior interventional cardiologist at Medical Super-specialty Hospital.

As the number of Cardiac – patients are increasing, and with this, the number of patients with a psychiatric disorder is also increasing due to loss of job, love, family problems, unemployment, etc. So, we have come up with medicines to cure these problems for a healthier world. Not only these, but we are also generating employment as well. We have engaged those people who lost their job in this pandemic. Presently Our company has 2 ASM and 10 Medical Sales Executives, they all lost their job in this pandemic. Our next target is to make it 100 by Jan 2022.

Our USP is our products, we have used the best active ingredients from USFDA certified plants, and the price, the patients will get the best products at reasonable prices.

The Core Team consists of Mr. Shamik Kumar Dhar as project leader and in charge of Quality Control. He was the Officer in charge of Production at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. After that he worked at Marico Limited as a Senior PQA officer. Later he joined DWD Pharma as Senior Quality Assurance Officer, at Daman. Dr. Arindam Pande(MBBS, MD – General Medicine, DM – Cardiology, FACC, FRCP) as chief advisor, who is an Interventional Cardiologist with a special interest in structural heart disease interventions. He is currently working as a full-time consultant in Medica Superspeciality Hospital, Mukundapur, Kolkata. He also serves the additional responsibility of academic coordinator for DNB Cardiology and PGDCC training in the same institution. Mr. Rahul Chakraborty, was engaged at Apollo pharmacy, Frankross, 1mg, Inyt, etc. has 11 years of experience as a pharmacist, he is also a core member of the team. Last but not least Mr. Pratik Kumar Sen, Director and co-founder of Lifeserve Med and Care Private Limited, Pratik Kumar Sen is a businessman and a follower of Jack Ma. According to him “I always try to find better (maybe the best) and smarter people than I am. I know nothing about pharmacology, nothing about management, but, the thing is you don’t have to know a lot of things, you have to find people smarter and better than you, love all, respect all, and your job is to make an environment where all the smart people can work together. ”

No investment was raised. But, got some offer, we have rejected. At present we want to stand up with our own ability.

An interesting fact about our company is- we have selected those people(in sales) who lost their job in this pandemic, as a new company we can’t hire a lot of people, but, we hope by the next year January, we will have a great family of 100+ members.
