Simran Kaur is a 23 year old rising artist who aspires to inspire the women folk hailing from Srinagar, Kashmir and from a young age she discovered her passion for dancing which with the passage of time grew, as time passed simran discovered her passion and potential for modelling with time initially it invited a lot of negative attention but with her hard work and dedication she carved her way through.

How Simran Kaur Started Her Journey?

Simran Kaur’s started her journey in an interesting way which includes pursuing studies at the same time simran pursued BA degree from Amar Singh college srinagar and since her childhood she dreamt of being an artist as time passed by she started focusing on her communication as well as acting skills which eventually gave her the confidence to appear on TV and after passing my 12th she was given an opportunity to appear for the audition of “Miss India” Coming from a conservative background followed by her identity coming from a minor community. Her parents was never in favour of me appearing for any Tv shows as they were concerned about her further studies.

Simran Kaur says “After a brief discussion with my family i somehow managed to convince my parents that they should let me try my luck once if not else and eventually my family allowed me to do what i always wanted to do.
My faith was on trial, my first appearance was in a Tamil movie. Since then, there is no looking back. “

Simran Kaur’s Journey tells that she managed to earn herself a role in some music labels back in the year 2019 and destiny has its own way of working, as her Carrier had just taken a flight but everything in kashmir came to halt after the Abrogation of Article 370 and life had come to a halt with no source of communication and when life has just started to pick up again, Covid hit the entire world and again the world came to a halt.

Her mental health started to Deteriorate as she lost a family member who she was very close to and decided to take a break and work on her mental health.

Simran Kaur says about her inspiring Journey in which she says that “2021 came as a new home for me as i was constantly working on improving my mental health, i learned a lot of things through all the ups and downs which i had to endure during that period of darkness.

It somehow shaped me into a better and a stronger person.
As they say what’s written in the destiny is bound to come.
Work came my way and i decided to take up work irrespective of the wherewithal factor included or not.
I ramp walked in a few fashion shows followed by shoots for some leading local brands of Kashmir as well as mumbai based designer brands.

2022 came with another blow and as fate had for me. I had a narrow escape from death.
A car accident which left me bed ridden for around 8 months.
It felt like the world has come crashing down and so did my dreams.
Yet again i picked myself up and decided to move forward with full strength since i had already taken a decision that this is what i wanted to do taking my previous work experience into consideration, i was offered roles in few web series, short movies and music labels which came out with blooming colors and success as i worked in it.

As i started my journey a fresh, I got an opportunity to work few of the finest artists from bollywood industry like kartik aryan, Shahrukh Khan, Tapsee pannu and a few local songs.

As the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
I have always dreamt of making it to bollywood and as the journey of thousand steps begins with a single step. I have already taken that first step and gradually moving forward. “
